7. Intimate & Hygiene Products

Because IHG SHOP sells ladies' undergarments and other intimate products, hygiene and customer safety are extremely important.

Products that have been worn, used, washed, damaged, stained, altered, or removed from their original hygiene packaging may not be eligible for return or exchange.
